Reiki Training
Join us on your Reiki journey of self discovery.
I teach in small groups so the training can be done in one day, provided you put aside time the next day for personal study and practice.
No prior qualifications are needed, but it is helpful to experience a Reiki treatment (or several) yourself before training. Please read more about the treatments I offer on the REIKI page.
All Reiki Trainings are certificated. Reiki Manuals and class material are included in the course fee. A deposit is required for each course with the balance due prior to the course date.
Dr Usui
Dr Usui is the Reiki Master that brought Reiki into being. Reiki used as an alternative therapy for the treatment of physical, emotional, and mental diseases and in his lifetime taught over 2000 people.

Reiki First Degree – Shoden Next Training Wednesday 15th Nov 2023
Introductions and opening blessing. The history of Reiki. the Reiki Principles. Guided meditations and energy exercises. Techniques for cleansing your own energy field. Attunement rituals to open your crown, heart and palm chakras to the Reiki energy. You will learn and practise hand positions for giving a treatment to yourself and others.
Lots of time to practice treatments on each other. Ethical and practical guidance for case study treatments. Sharing, question and answer session. Closing ceremony.
Reiki Second Degree-Practitioner Training Wednesday 22nd November 2023
(Prerequisite Reiki First Degree)
Okuden brings a deeper understanding of the Reiki energies as well as an increase in abilities. This is practitioner level and gives the student the Reiki symbols. On completion of six case studies, you will be awarded a practitioner certificate. A certificate of attendance will be issued to all students for those who only wish to study for their own benefit and not practise professionally.
The Three Reiki II Symbols. Reiki Meditations. General Meditations and Visualisations. Two Reiki II Attunements. Practical energy work with the Reiki II Symbols plus lots more.
